Instructions

  • Submit one Consignment Application Form below for each piece of jewelry.

  • Fill out all the required information with asterisks (*) in the form.  
    If all the required information is not filled, the cell(s) will turn red, and you cannot submit.

  • Please provide information as accurately as you can.

We are currently posting a price range between $150.00 and $990.00 in our online shop and not accepting anything outside of the price range.

Requirement of Original Commercial Jewelry Info

We are currently not taking in jewelry pieces without one of the following items.​

  • Item  A.  The original receipt or packing slip when you purchased or

  • Item B. Screenshots or prints of the jewelry piece's original commercial product photo(s) with the product descriptions.

The Consignment Request Form must be filled out by the owner of the jewelry piece unless the owner requires special assistance. If you need special assistance, please contact us.

Important Information Regarding Consignment

1. AFTER SALES

​

If your jewelry piece is sold, you will receive 70 percent of the sold price minus the original (from you to us) shipping fee.

2. CANCELLATION OF CONSIGNMENT

​

You can request cancelation of consignment as long as your jewelry piece is not yet sold. However, there is no guarantee for the cancellation. We cannot remove your jewelry piece from our online store immediately. If your consigned piece is sold during the cancellation processing period, your request will not be accepted. It generally takes up to 7 days to process your cancellation request.

If the consignment is cancelled by you at no fault of Sea of Rocks, 10% of the agreed maximum sales price, or $40.00, whichever is larger, will be charged to you for the original consignment processing and handling.

 

3. MINIMUM DURATION OF CONSIGNMENT

​

When it is agreed by you and us, we will post your jewelry piece on our online store for a minimum of 90 days. 

  

4. YOUR SHIPPING FEE RESPONSIBILITY

​

If your jewelry piece is sold, the original (from you to us) shipping fee will be subtracted from the sales price; see Section 1, AFTER SALES.

If the consignment is cancelled by you at no fault of Sea of Rocks, the original (from you to us) and return (from us to you) shipping fees will be charged to you.

5. CLEANING, POLISHING AND/OR TESTING

​

Sea of Rocks may perform cleaning, polishing and/or non-destructive testing of the jewelry piece. If any substance, such as liquid and polishing cloth, is used, Sea of Rocks LLC will clean it with warm soapy water afterward.
